The launch deck reports WAPE below 10 percent and says the model reduced stockouts in backtest. Operations wants automatic order overrides for 300 stores next week.
You are the supply-chain analytics reviewer. Decide whether the forecast is ready for operational control, which evidence should change the launch decision, and how the team should validate demand before auto-ordering.
